Home 2 Nights a Week Plus Weekends Off*

Experience a Work-Life Balance. You’ll be home on average two days a week plus weekends off*, allowing you to stay connected to your friends and family. We don’t staff our drivers for multi-week outings.

*On average for drivers that live within a two hour radius of one of our four plant locations: Nashville, Tn, Oklahoma City, OK, Phoenix, AZ and Tualatin, OR. We are hiring drivers who live further out, but we can not guarantee as much home time.

Late Model Trucks with No Slip Seating

We’ve added new Kenworths to our fleet of late model, highly maintained trucks. The truck you receive will be your own and you won’t have to clean up messes from other drivers or inherit mechanical issues. Southerland provides regular maintenance, keeping you on the road and then back home sooner.
